CNN.com - Poll: Clinton outperformed Bush

CNN.com - Poll: Clinton outperformed Bush
"In a new poll comparing President Bush's job performance with that of his predecessor, a strong majority of respondents said President Clinton outperformed Bush on a host of issues. Respondents favored Clinton by greater than 2-to-1 margins when asked who did a better job..."
Well, we knew it was true, but I never expected to see it in print. Sure, there's a bunch of things progressives can seriously criticize Clinton for, but he was still about 108,000 times better president than the snickering murder-monkey.

Of course he was. I didn't like "don't ask, don't tell" (he caved to the right) and I wish he'd kept it zipped up but to me that was nothing compared to what we have today.

Well I will take sex scandles over war any old day. Ya there was that little spat over in Bosina but nothin' compared to Iraq. I'd rather be talking about what is funny and remembealbe about his penis any old day over counting dead bodies. yep.... missin' the old days. AND THE MONEY ....... dude there was MONEY all over the place with Clinton... sex and money........ two things that I think are more USA then apple pie. But now........ money? where.... oh right in Iraq with the dead bodies..... right.

It's nice to see the numbers, but we don't need a poll to state the obvious. As W susggests, history will judge the current bastards in charge, and they are bad - oh, so very bad.

Before he was elected, back before the primary, on a TV show where he sat with all the other Democratic hopefuls, I thought he came off as the most conservative of the lot. I preferred Paul Tsongas at the time.

But in hindsight, Clinton was 10,000 times better than George Jr. could ever hope to be.
