Concervative media and the right-wing of the internet has been awash for so long with howling condemnations of Dan Rather, that I am thrilled to be provided with the opportunity (thanks to the RNC) to say: In your face, neocon hypocrites! It reminds me of something from my high school journalism class... the teacher emphasized that a journalist should always remain objective when reporting the news. Giving an opinion is okay in an editorial, and a paid advertisement is just that. But an advertisement disguised as an editorial disguised as a news story... I dunno, maybe it's good for media consumers on both sides to get a wake-up call that says, "be careful who you trust!"
