Really, the fundamental problem with doctors is that there are not more of them. The way we train them is reprehensible. Medical students are exploited as economic pawns in an industry gone astray. Don't get me started here. Shrub is so off base, he couldn't even get onto an american baseball diamond and be in the ball park. How about we farm it all out to the UAE.
